Method of shipping is determined by products ordered. Big Shrimpy products (items BS-) are shipped via DHL, products on our Discount Dog Bed page (items 2001, 2008, 2013, 2015, 3006, 3012, 4003) are shipped via USPS, while all other products (items 500 - 525, 149, 901, 903, 910, CC-, HP- ) are shipped via Regular Ground UPS. Shipping rates are determined by Subtotal of purchase and will not vary due to method of shipping.
Multiple items may ship in separate packages. Most in stock items are shipped within 3-4 business days, however we tell our customers to allow 2 weeks for delivery.
Exceptions are the Haute Pooch line of dog beds. Haute Pooch dog beds are custom made and customers should allow 2-4 weeks for these beds. Allow 4-6 weeks for the Saigon Day Bed and the Manhatton Sofa.
We are currently not accepting orders outside of the continental United States.
Customer will still be responsible for shipping fees for items returned to us due to incorrect or undeliverable address, refused shipments and returns or exchanges. If order is cancelled after the product is shipped, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Please note that shipping rates were increased this year by FedEx, UPS, DHL and USPS.

We at The Sleeping Dogs.Com stand behind every item we sell and fully guarantee all products against defects in materials and craftmanship. Freight damages or product defects must be reported within 5 days of receipt of order.
Customer satisfaction is our goal. We understand there are times when a return or an exchange are necessary. Return or exchange your unused product within 10 days of receipt and we will exchange it or refund the purchase price (less shipping and a 15% re-stocking fee).
We can only accept returns and exchanges on unused items that are returned in their original condition. "Original condition" means that the item does not show any signs of use or damage by pets, including pet hair, or any other sign of wear, use, or washing. We are sorry, but we cannot be responsible for items that have been ruined by destructive dogs or puppies. Our products are very durable, but are not indestructible. We reserve the right to determine if items are in original condition when returned before refunding the purchase price.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges on returns and exchanges unless merchandise is defective. Customer will not be responsible for shipping if an error was made by TheSleepingDogs.com, such as wrong color or size shipped. We recommend that you insure the items on the return trip as we can not give credit for items damaged in transit. Credits for returned items will be given when items are received and inspected for original condition.
Returns will also incur a 15% re-stocking fee unless merchandise is defective. The 15% re-stocking fee is taken off the purchase price of the product (excluding shipping charges). Same brand name exchanges are not subject to a re-stocking fee.
Returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization Number.
Please contact us before returning an item for shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number. Items can not be returned and refunded without this information.
