Red Velvet Cupcakes surprise for Valentine's Day and other occasions

These wonderful paradise red velvet cupcakes have a sweet surprise kiss in the center. Imagine the joy of biting into one of these red velvet cupcakes surprise and get a bite of jelly kiss. These small cakes are easy to make perfect for many occasions, especially Valentine's Day, Bridal Shower, Wedding Cakes, the list could go on and on. But what about just for fun or because are good? What better reason could there be?

Red velvet SURPRISE CUPCAKES

24 Hershey's Kisses or Hugs

Mass:
1 1 / 2 sticks butter, softened
1 1 / 2 cup granulated sugar
1 / 4 cup cocoa powder unsweetened
1 teaspoon teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt teaspoon
v. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1 cup buttermilk
2 v. tablespoons liquid red food coloring
2 v. Tea white vinegar
cake flour 2 1 / 2 cups

Frosting:
2 (8-ounce block) cream cheese, softened
1 stick butter, softened
1 1 / 2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon tea. vanilla

Trim:
sprayed colored sugar for the occasion.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 24 muffin cups liners pretty paper. sweet, unwind and put one in the bottom of each muffin duplicate. Set aside.

For cake:
In a large bowl with mixer at medium-high speed, beat butter, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, salt and vanilla for 2 minutes or until creamy. Add eggs, one at a time, until smooth. In a cup measure two cups butter mixture, food coloring, and vinegar until smooth. With mixer at low speed, beat the flour from the other, alternating with the buttermilk mixture in two additions. Beat until blended. Place a point fourth cup of batter over candy in each muffin pan. Slowly pour the candy stays in the center. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick inserted near the center of cakes comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack for 5 minutes before removing from pan. Then remove the cake the mold and let finish cooling on rack.

Frosting:
Beat cream cheese and butter in a medium bowl, with mixer at speed half until mixture is smooth and creamy. Reduce speed to low and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Increase speed to high and beat until smooth and creamy. Frost cupcakes and sprinkle with candy or other decorations to suit the occasion. Refrigerate until serving.
