A question about ultrasonic trainer?

Has anyone used a PetSafe PBC00-11 216 ultrasonic deterrent outer crust formation or any other ultrasonic products? One of our dogs is an Aussie / mix Bassett and developed the habit of barking constantly when outside. Neighbors complain and we have to do something.
