This is a heating pad a good idea for newborn pups?

I bought an electric heating pad control kennel temperature for them. I assure you that the Puppies are warm enough. (Boxers) keep our house about 65 degrees. Do you think that is authorized to make heating pad in the whelping box where you can get away if they wish. Should I also increase the pressure of 65 and use the keyboard? Should I send it back the key? She is due in a few days and am beginning to have that feeling happy, but worried. I just want to do my best for them.
