I am negotiating to pay a manager of a kennel kennel. What is a salary range for this position?
The job description include overseeing about 14 employees, the schedule for all employees to work as a receptionist, as necessary, the preparation work kennel when necessary, the control and retail management, marketing and promotion of the company and web site updates and maintenance. It is in the suburbs of Milwaukee. Anyone have an idea about what would be the pay scale? Anyone with experience managing this type to put in your two cents? I really want this job, but I'm changing career and the current offer on the table is about half of what I do now in a position of marketing business ....
