Why does my dog ....( things purple balls )..... and part of his legs ......( purple, like the skin) is this is normal. Hes a chihuahua ..... ... Um 12 months

Dogs usually have the natural pigmentation of the skin and yours is just to have a pigmentation color in these areas. If your puppy is little hope of increasing the "purple" color can be brown.
