My dog ate baby oil and is leaking an oil like discharge, not sure what to do to stop it?
My dog got into a bottle of baby oil and is leaking oil now. He can not control this, but it is very foul smelling, however it is not feces, more like an oily discharge, any advice??
Wait it out if it was plain mineral oil. If it doesn't improve in 12 hours, take him into the vet. If there were other additives in the mineral oil, phone your vet and ask if any of the extra ingredients are cause for concern.
Mineral oil is a natural laxative, it 'lubricates' the digestive system. You'll just need to wait until it clears from his system naturally.
