I have a layer in an average size of a gift Christmas is not very appropriate. I think it would be better prepared for me if I was a size XS or S. So I was wondering if the tailors are able to change the size of the layer of peas?

Ummm ... How to pay for your coat? jackets are usually not cheap. If the inside is lined its going at an additional cost of making measure. I doubt would be the cost of a new layer.
