Rabbits should not have fabric beds or toys for 2 reason.
1. They like to chew on everything and can eat the fabric and get a blockage which can kill them. 2. They often urinate on things and if the fabric gets wet and they sit on the damp fabric they can get sore hocks or other sores from the dirty wet fabric. Germs and things like to grow in warm, wet places.

Best to stick to a wooden box for a bed. Also rabbits like to play with golf balls, cardboard tubes, blocks of wood and baby rattles.

Also if the rabbit is kept in a Shelter (such as your garage) then a space heater is not necessary. Rabbits do very well in the cold as long as they are kept dry and out of drafts. My rabbits all live in an unheated barn and they do fine. Just don't keep them in the cold and then bring them in some place warm to play or exercise this can lead to colds and even snuffles. That can be deadly.
